How do you start cleaning my home exterior?
I always recommend we start cleaning from the top, starting with the gutters, pressure washing, and ending with the windows. Keep in mind that if we clean the windows and the house is dirty, the water from the unclean siding and gutters will cause streaks and spots.
How long will it take?
It depends on the number and type of windows. It could be anywhere from 1 to 8 hours.
What do you use to clean the windows?
We use our own recipe that contains non-toxic, environmentally friendly elements.
My window appears to have moisture between the panes. Can you fix that?
No, we can’t. That means the seal between the 2 panes failed, which allowed air to get between the panes and produce condensation. It may look like fog or smoke between the panes.
Do I need to move anything?
No. We can move your items and put them back where they were. If you’d like to move items that might be in the way, feel free to do so.
Do I need to take my curtains down?
No. Some people do but most of the time we can work around them.
How often do I need to have my windows cleaned?
It depends. Some customers get them cleaned once a year, some do it in the Spring and Fall. It all depends on the area you live in and how the environment, such as pollen, dust, dirt, leaves, etc., affects your windows.
Do you clean window tracks and screens?
Yes, we clean window tracks and screens.
Do you clean the inside of the windows?
Yes, most people get their windows cleaned inside and outside.
Do I have to be home?
Yes and No. If you only need the outside of the windows cleaned, as long as we are able to get the screens off from the outside, no one needs to be home. If you need the inside of the windows cleaned, someone needs to be home to let us in.

No, we don’t.
