Service Plan Benefits:

How many gutter cleaning services are recommended per year?

Most properties with nearby trees often require two gutter cleaning services annually. The first service is scheduled in the Spring, typically around mid to late Spring, depending on the variety of trees surrounding the property. The second service is scheduled in late Fall to remove autumn leaves from the gutter systems before the onset of winter weather. 

For properties with many trees or significant tree presence in close proximity, it may take 3 to 6 services annually, based on the tree types, dimensions, and distance from the property.

Our suggestion is to start with 2 services initially and adjust accordingly. You have the flexibility to include or reduce services as needed without any disadvantage.

DISCOUNTS ON GUTTER CLEANING SERVICES:

Following your initial cleaning service, all subsequent gutter cleaning services will be eligible for a discount based on your plan. The frequency of gutter cleaning per year will determine the discount you receive, with savings of up to 20%. Please note that the annual service discount does not apply to your first gutter cleaning service.

MINOR REPAIRS INCLUDED:

During each gutter cleaning service, we include minor repairs like securing loose gutters or downspouts at no extra cost (up to $50 value per service). It’s a complimentary tune-up for your gutters.

What is an Emergency Service?

When there are any clogged downspouts, our crews will unclog the necessary areas (this is not a complete gutter cleaning service, our technician will let you know if a regular GC is should be scheduled)
